Warranty includes system software failure. Example; inability to boot to desktop and other system software issues but not malware or related. Hardware failure or any physical component such as screen, keyboard, and battery is not included in the warranty of our used windows computers, but may be considered for brand new ones as long as the fault is not from the buyer/user.
